2015 was a busy year for Tank and the team at property development firm Samuels & Associates. Together, we created visual programs for some of S&A’s newest projects as well as a refresh to the corporate brand itself. First came the launch of samuelsre.com and now thefenway.com – building awareness of The Fenway neighborhood beyond its reputation as the home of our beloved ballpark. With its theme “Live. Work. Play,” the site shares what is going on in and around The Fenway while providing the perfect platform for promoting S&A properties and driving SEO traffic through social media campaigns, including the recent “Sausage Guy” campaign.
